Our Current Standard Trading Conditions are embodied in the documents below.

International movements and Warehousing:

Straightforward Transport Ltd is a registered corporate trading member of the British International Freight Association (BIFA), the trade association for UK-registered companies engaged in international movement of freight by air, road, rail and sea. Corporate members are known generally as freight forwarders.

The use of the BIFA Standard Trading Conditions is a mandatory requirement for registered trading membership thus all business is transacted by Straightforward Transport Ltd subject to the current version of the BIFA Conditions, which are available to read/download at the link below.

The international carriage of goods may be subject to one or more international conventions enacted by the contracting States through national legislation. The BIFA STC are compatible with this compulsory legislation and do not diminish the rights available to, or the obligations of, any parties involved.

Domestic only road haulage/Pallet Track:

Straightforward Transport Ltd is a registered corporate trading member of the Road Haulage Association (RHA) in the UK and any purely domestic movements of goods by Road will be transacted subject to the Standard Trading conditions of the RHA.
